marketing experience.
Robert (Bobby) M. Kraft is President and CEO of First Edge Solutions.
Prior to starting First Edge Solutions, Mr. Kraft was a licensed Investment Advisor with AXA Advisors in Cleveland, Ohio. While there, Mr. Kraft managed
the growth and development of client 401k programs as well as personal financial plans.
Mr. Kraft has more than 10 years of experience in the Digital Print and Direct Mail industry. In 2003, Mr. Kraft started First Edge Solutions based upon
the gap in the market-place to respond to the need for faster, more customized communications using a combination of
Technology and Digital Manufacturing Solutions.
Mr. Kraft had the distinct honor of serving as a panelist for President George W. Bush's Strengthening Social
Security. forum on May 19, 2005. This opportunity included a one hour private meeting with President Bush and a one hour
nationally televised forum.
Mr. Kraft serves on the board of the CEO's of Growing Businesses and the CEO Roundtable of the Milwaukee Metropolitan
Association of Commerce.
Mr. Kraft earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University in Cleveland,
Ohio.
Richard M. Zagorski is Chief Operating Officer at First Edge
Solutions.
Prior to this position, Mr. Zagorski
was
Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Openfirst, a leading national provider of direct mail, statement
processing, electronic messaging, call center feeds, database management services, and other business communications
support for Fortune 1000 companies.
He was employed for 30 years at Moore Corporation, the second largest printer and direct marketing services provider
in the world. While at Moore, Mr. Zagorski was President of Moore Response Marketing Services, a leading provider of
direct marketing solutions. Other responsibilities included sales, sales management and marketing in business forms and
direct marketing operations.
In 1996, Mr. Zagorski assisted Mr. Robert W. Kraft in starting Openfirst. He serves on the Board of Red Edge Labs and is a
partner at RCI FirstPathway Partners, LLC.
Mr. Zagorski earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology.
Lisa K. Sanregret is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and
Treasurer of First Edge Solutions.
Prior to joining First Edge Solutions in 2003, Ms. Sanregret was Vice President of Finance and Administration at SKYVA International, Boston,
Massachusetts, a collaborative commerce software company from 1998 through 2002. She was instrumental in the sale of
SKYVA to ABB, Ltd in 2000.
Ms. Sanregret has 18 years of experience in accounting, finance, administration and human resources management. Ms.
Sanregret was Vice President of Finance and CFO at Catalyst International, Inc., a Milwaukee, Wisconsin developer of
warehouse management software from 1992 through 1997. Ms. Sanregret was a key member and active participant in the
preparation and achievement of a successful Initial Public Offering in 1995.
Ms. Sanregret serves as the leader of the CFO Roundtable Group of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of
Commerce.
Ms. Sanregret earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin.
Jonathan C. Brewer is Director of Interactive Services for
First Edge Solutions.
Prior to joining First Edge Solutions, Mr. Brewer was Interactive
Director for Metagraphix, Inc., a full service Print Communications provider from
2002 until 2008, when First Edge Solutions purchased Metagraphix.
Mr. Brewer has 14 years experience in web development, solutions architecture, process and information technology
research and development. Mr. Brewer started Cream City Communications (CCC), a web hosting and web development company
in 1996. CCC was acquired by Metagraphix in 2002 and Mr. Brewer served as Interactive Director with the focus on
developing Meta OrderNet: a proprietary digital web-to-print solution.
Joshua D. Bryzelak is Director of Sales and Client Services of
First Edge Solutions.
Prior to joining First Edge Solutions, Mr. Bryzelak was Customer
Services Manager for Metagraphix, Inc., a full service Print Communications provider from 2001
until 2008, when First Edge Solutions purchased Metagraphix.
Mr. Bryzelak has 10 years of Client Services, Account Management and General Management experience. Prior to joining
Metagraphix, Mr. Bryzelak was an Account Executive for Arizona Senior World Newspapers a Mesa, Arizona company from 2000
to 2001.
Mr. Bryzelak attended Paradise Valley Community College in Arizona where he studied Business Management.
Michael P. Herald is the Director of Manufacturing of First
Edge Solutions.
Prior to joining First Edge Solutions, Mr. Herald was Production Manager for Metagraphix, Inc., a full service Print Communications provider from 2001 until
2008, when First Edge Solutions purchased Metagraphix.
Mr. Herald has more than 20 years experience in traditional and digital printing, related manufacturing processes,
purchasing, quality assurance, scheduling, and workflow management. Mr. Herald worked for Ink Printing, a Milwaukee,
Wisconsin commercial printing company from 1987 until 1998 when Ink Printing was purchased by Metagraphix, Inc.
